Background

Originally from Gjirokastër and now based in Tirana, Sildi holds a master's degree in Data Science from City University of London. After completing studies abroad, the decision to return to Albania was deliberate: to apply that technical background within the Albanian market rather than outside it.

That background in data and engineering shapes how Rovigo approaches its work. Architecture decisions are made with scale and maintainability in mind, and delivery is treated as an engineering discipline rather than a series of one off builds.

Role and Responsibilities

As Founder of Rovigo Solutions, Sildi leads the company across technical development, client delivery, and business development. This includes direct involvement in web and mobile application projects, product architecture, and the management of client engagements from initial scope through to deployment.

The role remains a hands on one. Rather than sitting above delivery, Sildi works within it, which keeps the company's technical standards and client commitments aligned.

Industry Engagement

Sildi represents Rovigo Solutions at regional and international technology events, including the AI Cyprus Expo in Limassol and 4YFN at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where the focus is on AI developments, partnership opportunities, and positioning Albanian technology work within the wider European ecosystem.
