This policy explains what personal data Rovigo Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.

Who we are

Rovigo Solutions is a software development company based in Albania. For anything you send us through this site, we are the data controller. You can reach us at kontakt@rovigosolutions.al.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to put in the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name if you give one, and the message you write. Nothing on this form is collected without you typing it.

We do not run analytics, we do not set cookies, and we do not embed third party trackers or social widgets. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not track you across other sites.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which ordinarily include IP addresses and request times. Those are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use your message to reply to you and to discuss possible work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive, and, where a project follows, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing you have not asked for, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are delivered to us through a third party service that routes the message to our inbox. That provider processes the data on our behalf and only to deliver it. Our website hosting provider necessarily processes traffic to the site.

Beyond that, we do not share what you send us, except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete your message sooner, we will.

Where it is stored

Our hosting and delivery providers may process data outside Albania, including inside the European Economic Area. Where data moves between countries, we rely on the contractual safeguards our providers have in place for those transfers.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. You can also ask us to restrict what we do with it while a question is being resolved.

Write to kontakt@rovigosolutions.al and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Albania, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU.

Changes to this policy

If we start using cookies, add analytics, or change how the contact form is handled, we will update this page before those changes go live. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
